PARTNERSHIPS
School Partnerships
This is the primary way I collaborate with schools. In an ongoing partnership, I typically work with schools up to 10 days a year, through staff conferences, small-group workshops, teacher coaching, facilitation training, classroom observations with feedback, or Executive consultancy. In the first year or two, schools often engage with me through an Inquiry-Action model (details available on request). Over time, schools aim to lead their own cultural change, though many continue our partnership for years to deepen their whole-school culture.

Courses and Workshops
I run immersive 'Thinking for Learning' workshops lasting one to four days, designed to give educators time to explore ideas in depth and apply them in practice between sessions. These can be offered either as in-house courses within individual schools or as open courses that welcome teachers and school leaders from any school.
Keynote Talks and Conferences
I deliver keynote talks and presentations at conferences around the world, sharing insights on cultivating cultures of thinking and learning. I have presented in countries including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Malaysia, China, and Hong Kong, tailoring each session to inspire educators and school leaders to take ideas back to their own contexts.
